In Andalusia, in the Province of Cádiz, sea salt has been harvested for over 3,000 years in the natural salinas shaped by sun, wind, and ocean.
DAMA BLANCA was born from a passion for the sea and a commitment to preserving this heritage. By combining traditional artisanal methods with modern techniques, we produce exceptional extra virgin sea salt while respecting the natural ecosystem of the Bahía de Cádiz Natural Park.
Our products, including “Flor de Sal” and “Flor de Sal Escamas,” are hand-harvested in limited quantities and certified as organic by the European Union. They are characterized by their delicate texture and balanced salinity with a subtle natural sweetness.
In 2024, DAMA BLANCA arrived in Tokyo as DAMA BLANCA JAPÓN, bringing the essence of Cádiz to Asia.
We believe our salt complements the precision and sensitivity of Japanese cuisine, creating new possibilities through the harmony of two rich food cultures.
