What is the FLOR de SAL?

It is a humid ecological sea salt, which is born on the surface of the water of the salt marsh by the effect of the sun and the west wind in the summer months.

HARVEST

It is harvested by hand, with the help of a lousse, every day at sunset and dried for 72 hours in the sun.

ECOLOGICO

After an exhaustive sieving, it is packed by hand. The grains of flower of salt are easily disintegrated and can be broken by simple finger pressure. The granule size is equal to or less than 3 mm.

NATURAL - VIRGEN

SAL - GOURMET
