All Products are shipped from Tokyo, Japan.

SALINAS DE CÁDIZ JAPÓN ships within Japan and to selected destinations in the Asia-Pacific region.

Shipping Methods

* FedEx (international shipping, typically 5–10 business days)
* Yamato Transport / TA-Q-BIN (domestic shipping, typically 2–5 business days)

Products will be delivered to the address designated by the Client.

Order Processing and Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are indicated at checkout.

All shipping prices exclude customs duties, taxes, and import charges.

International Shipping

The recipient is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import charges.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates only.

Delivery typically ranges from 7–14 days and will not exceed 30 days except for pre-orders or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Risk of Loss

Risk passes to the Client upon delivery.

Delivery Issues

Failed deliveries due to Client error may result in deductions for shipping and return costs.

If caused by SALINAS DE CÁDIZ JAPÓN, a full refund will be issued.
